THE STORY In July of 2008, The Carolina Stompers was the only media outlet in WNC to bring you this story.
Authorities said that two Vice Chairman of the Durham County Democrat Party, Dianna Palmer and Joy Johnson, and the husband of Johnson, Joseph Daniel Craig, were involved in a Satanic Cult.
Prosecutors said that Joseph Daniel Craig raped, beat, chained, starved, and kept victims in dog cages as part of a learning experience of Satan.
Johnson, who was third vice-chair of the Durham County Democratic Party and vice-chair for the NC Young Democrats, was charged with two counts of aiding and abetting. Authorities said she knew her husband, (Craig), planned the crimes and watched as they were committed.
Craig and Johnson describe their business Indigo Dawn Inc. as a spiritual growth service offering "past life reconstruction" and "communication with spirit guides." Their web site talks about Johnson's activism and describes Craig as a reverend and a "devout student of magic ."
Police said Palmer knew about the assaults that had occurred and said she helped Joseph Scott Craig remove evidence from a house on Albany Street.
TODAY - THURSDAY JAN 29TH 2009 Prosecutors asked for a continuance in Palmer's case, but defense attorney Bill Thomas objected, saying the case had gone on for more than six months.
District Judge Nancy Gordon denied the continuance, and dismissed the case. Prosecutors would not comment on why the case was delayed for so long.

The Durham DA’s office told the Stompers that they have given Johnson’s case to the NC Attorney Generals Office but spokeswoman for the AG’s office Noelle Tally said “They ,(Durham DA), have not made a formal request for the Attorney General to take the case.
As satanic cults and witches are involved with trickery we called the NC Board OF Elections to see if any of the accused had worked as a poll worker or judge. We called 3 times and the Board OF Elections would not tell us yes or no.
We tried to get a statement from Jerry Meeks, Chairman of the NC Democrat Party, and he would not return our calls. Finally, Kerra Bolton, Media Spokes Person for the NC Dems., told us that their accused Democrat Officials had no relevance to the day to day operations of the NC Democrat Party.
While investigating last year, we found out that this satanic cult communicated with Youtube videos and was bigger than authorities new. They call themselves “The Order of the Morning Star”. Most of their videos have need taken down but we found 2 that are still up. We posted them below.

$335,000,000 FOR STD PREVENTION IN ECONOMIC STIMULUS BILL | News
Democrats may have eliminated provisions on birth control and sod for the National Mall in the "job stimulus" -- but buried on page 147 of the bill is stimulation for prevention of sexually transmitted diseases!
The House Democrats' bill includes $335 million for sexually transmitted disease education and prevention programs at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
In the past, the CDC has used STD education funding for programs that many Members of Congress find objectionable and arguably unrelated to a mission of economic stimulus [such as funding events called 'Booty Call' and 'Great Sex' put on by an organization that received $698,000 in government funds.]
"Whether this funding has merit is not the question; the point is it has no business in an economic plan supposedly focused on job creation" .
