Re: Protest of Congressman Heath Shulers "Tele Town Meeting"
8/10/09
Asheville NC - The Carolina Stompers will be protesting at Congressman Heath Shulers Asheville office on Tuesday, August 11th at 5:00 PM.
Average Americans are asking pointed questions of United States Representatives around the country and want to see their representatives in person.
The Carolina Stompers feel that Congressman Shuler should answer questions in person, at a "real Town Hall Meeting", and not hide behind a telephone.
At the protest, a person dressed like a "chicken" will represent Congressman Shuler. Our protesters will be holding telephones up to their mouths and one by one ask "chicken Shuler"a question. Chicken Shuler will then answer with the help of one of Obama's "mob boss puppet masters" from Chicago.

ASHEVILLE CITIZEN TIMES ASKS QUESTIONS ABOUT PROTEST AT CONGRESSMAN SHULERS OFFICE | News
Reporter Joel Burgess of the Asheville Citizen Times emailed us some questions about our protest of Congressman Heath Shulers "tele town hall" meetings. The following is what I emailed him back.
1.) What do you hope to achieve with the protest?
Our accomplishment will be evident to everyone including Congressman Shuler by the conclusion of our program.
2.) Why is it scheduled for a day different than the town hall meeting?
We decided to do it 2 days before his tele conference so that nobody could accuse us of trying to interfere with the staging of Shulers call in town hall meeting.
3.) Some have said the groups protesting around the country are only disrupting the process and aren't helping find a solution. How do you answer? Does the health care system need changing? What should happen?
The only people who are claiming that Americans concerned about socialized medicine are the same people who have openly supported radical groups like Acorn. This is the Democrat Party and countless union thugs who’s only work is to intimidate.
Obviously the health care system can be improved. The best thing to do is to pass tort reform and put out of business greedy lawyers like former NC Democrat Senator John Edwards who became a multi millionaire by convincing gullible jurors to make outlandish awards against medical doctors and hospitals.
4.) Finally, some people are criticizing the protests for using violence or threatening violence. What do you think?
Of all the protest rallies I have seen reported, I am aware of only one act of violence which occurred a few nights ago in Tampa Fl when three labor union goons punched to the floor a black conservative patriot who offended them because he was quietly selling bumper stickers and buttons supporting his opposition to socialized medicine.
Yes the number one watched show on URTV is back on the air! Starting Tuesday August 11th at 7:30 PM, hosts Don Yelton and Harry Maronie will be taking your calls and giving their viewpoint of politics.
A concerned citizen, who hoped to attend the Healthcare Townhall meeting in Tampa, FL with Congresswoman Kathy Castor, was attacked as he tried to enter. Union members assaulted him as he stood near the doors waiting to enter. In this first video you can see theman emerge after the struggle at about 3:21 on the you tube clock. The second video is this mans account of what happened.
A pair of nuclear-powered Russian attack submarines has been patrolling off the eastern seaboard of the United States in recent days, a rare mission that has raised concerns inside the Pentagon and intelligence agencies about a more assertive stance by the Russian military.
VIDEO - PROTESTORS SHUT DOWN OBAMA CARE IN AUSTIN TX | News
Rep Doggett met with constituents outside a grocery store in south Austin regarding the health care bill. Apparently the event was mostly advertised in liberal leaning local publications. He did not bring a megaphone, so hearing what he had to say was difficult. When he started making the move to leave, the crowd erupted chanting "Just say no!" His worker got the car ready to shuttle him away but the crowd surrounded it and it took a while for him to get out of the parking lot. The whole time, the "Just say no!" chant continued. It probably won't matter - from his facial expression, body language, and what was heard to come out of his mouth, he's for the the health care bill in its present form and has no openness to change on that.
President Barack Obama's treasury secretary said Sunday he cannot rule out higher taxes to help tame an exploding budget deficit, and his chief economic adviser would not dismiss raising them on middle-class Americans as part of a health care overhaul.
HOW MANY TIMES HAVE CONSERVATIVES SAID THAT OBAMA WAS LYING? WE TOLD THEM THAT OBAMA WOULD RAISE TAXES ON PEOPLE MAKING UNDER $250,000.00 A YEAR. WONDER HOW THEY LIKE THAT HOPE AND CHANGE NOW?
The Carolina Stompers called the mayors office in NY. We asked them how many homeless families were sent to Asheville since 2007. They said they would get back to us with that information this afternoon. New York call this "Project Relocate".
