RE: The 11th Congressional District Republican Committee
Dear Mrs. Strach,
It has come to our attention that a “Notice Of Noncompliance” had been issued to the 11th Congressional District Republican Committee on February 26, 2008. On April 8, 2008 a “Notice Of Termination Of Active Status” had been issued to 11th CDRC. Then two letters of “Notice Of Penalty Assessment” were issued on May 22 and July 21 of 2008. One for $100.00 the other for $150.00.
It has also come to our attention that approximately $10,000.00 was raised and funds were distributed for the April 25th 2009 11th CDR Convention.
According to Chapter 1.0104(d) of Title 8 of the NC Administrative Code the 11th CDRC is ineligible to receive or make contributions until such time as any delinquent reports are filed and has satisfied any statutory penalty incurred as a result of noncompliance with the provisions of Article 22A of Chapter 163 of the NC General Statutes.
We asked 11th CDRC Chairman Steve Duncan for a copy of their financial report but he has been unable to produce one. As of 6/12/09 we could not find the financial report on the 11th CDRC website either.
At the convention, a financial report was read and several people were concerned over an approximate $4000.00 release of funds.
We are asking for a full investigation into how funds have been collected by the 11th CDRC since their termination notice, what funds have been distributed, and to whom they have been distributed.
The Carolina Stompers feel that, (no matter what political party), they are all held accountable to the law and to the people of NC.

THE COMMUNIZATION OF AMERICA By Jeff Sims
As I watched America lapse yet further into the throes of socialism this week, I finally remembered the tidbit from a book that I read years earlier that described this scenario perfectly. The paragraph was from The Readers Digest Illustrated History of WWII, regarding the fall into communism of the Soviet satellite states just after the war;
“The communization of the Soviet Union’s satellites was piecemeal. One constant factor was that everywhere the Communists were the minority. Terror tactics, bogus fascist plots, trumped-up treason charges and direct intervention were used to oust the non-Communist leaders. Eventually in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia the all-party coalitions established after liberation were replaced first by ‘popular fronts’ in which Communists held the key positions and then by one-party Communist regimes.”
Is it my imagination, or am I looking at almost the exact same thing happening in America today? In five months we have gone from a mild recession to economic paralysis due to a ‘stimulus’ that is anything but. First Wall Street, then the banks, and now the auto makers have been effectively nationalized under the pretext that “they’re too big to fail”. Many of these entities did not seek or want to accept these funds, but were not given a choice. They knew what was happening. They knew about one of the fundamental laws of nature and government: whoever is your provider will be your master!

There are several individuals in the Republican and Democrat party that are trying to ruin the reputation of my friend Dr. Tim Johnson, Chairman of the Buncombe County Republican Party. In my opinion, Racism, ego, and power are what drives certain individuals.
Dr. Johnson has moved the local Republican Party from the stone age to the fighting future of the youth of Buncombe County. His organizational skills are impeccable and the current Buncombe Republican Party has never been so strong.
The Carolina Stompers now has over 2000 members. 400 just in Buncombe and the surrounding counties that (by your emails) saw the WLOS broadcast with Steve Duncan.

BREAKING NEWS - PUBLIC MEETING - TEACHERS / PARENTS TO MEET WITH GOV PURDUE STAFF MEMBERS | News
In wake of the recent announcement to cut NC teachers from the classrooms and school staff, parents and concerned citizens have called a meeting with Gov. Purdue. Senator Martin Nesbitt and State Rep. Susan Fisher have also been asked to be there.

ABC News' Jake Tapper and Sunlen Miller report: The other day we heard a comment from a White House aide that never would have been uttered during the primaries or general election campaign.
During a conference call in preparation for President Obama's trip to Cairo, Egypt, where he will address the Muslim world, deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communications Denis McDonough said "the President himself experienced Islam on three continents before he was able to -- or before he's been able to visit, really, the heart of the Islamic world -- you know, growing up in Indonesia, having a Muslim father -- obviously Muslim Americans (are) a key part of Illinois and Chicago."
WE TOLD YOU SO - EXPLICIT BEHAVIOR AT ASHEVILLES URTV | News
Well, "we told you so" - Frank Fambronie of WLOS reports of a man dipping cigerets in gasoline and telling people to smoke it. It has offended some people and they have complained.
About three years ago Stompers Chad Nesbitt and Don Yelton told Asheville City Council and the Buncombe County Commissioners that Public Access TV, (funded by tax dollars), would enable anybody to say anything or do anything on broadcast television and no one could stop them. This meant pornographers, white supremacist, witches, alternative lifestyles, you name it it could be on there.
Yelton currently runs the "Citizens Speak Show" on URTV to counter balance the liberal leftist's that dominate the channel funded with our tax dollars.
On a personal note - URTV has not been as bad as I thought it would be until now. I am a firm believer in Freedom of Speech. But should tax dollars go toward promoting someone else's agenda or free speech?
If you are going to have public TV, I would like to see shows about community events, high school football games, and more school oriented things. Besides, school is where most of our tax dollars are supposed to go anyway, right?
The only way to make URTV more community oriented is to put these type of shows on and try to discourage the weired and the stupid.
WOMAN TOLD TO REMOVE HER "OFFENSIVE" AMERICAN FLAG | News
Debbie McLucas comes from a patriotic family – her husband and both of her sons served in the U.S. military, and her daughter is currently deployed to Iraq on her second tour of duty as a combat medic.
So when McLucas arrived at work at a Texas hospital last Friday, she was stunned to be told that the Stars and Stripes she had hung in her office in advance of Memorial Day were offensive, and that the flag had been removed
